The sister company of Solid Foundations, Kaan Development nr 4 (Pty) Ltd. was established in 2015 and is a full turnkey development & civil company that has built over 400 houses. This provided Niekkie de Beer with an opportunity in the market to stop outsourcing the raft foundations and Solid Foundations was born.

Solid Foundations have entered the raft industry in 2018. Quality of work is an important aspect to us and therefore have we involved two industry experts to take charge of operations. Together Solid Foundations have over 40 years of experience in the industry.
